PRINT & CUSTOM ORDERS:
Print orders will be shipped to United States contiguous 48 only. For shipment to other areas you MUST contact Ivy Impressions prior to ordering at info@ivyimpressions.com.
PRINT QUALITY: Ivy Impressions makes every effort to provide the best quality prints to our clients. All images will be edited, color corrected & sharpened for viewing in your online gallery and printing. We use only the best professional print labs, and inspect every item in your order to ensure it meets our rigorous quality standards. In the event you are not satisfied with the quality of your prints, please contact Ivy Impressions within 5 business days of receiving your prints to discuss options.
ORDER CANCELLATION: A request for order cancellation may be placed at any time after the order is submitted. However, once order fulfillment has begun the order cannot be cancelled. Please review your order in detail prior to submitting it. In the event that an order cancellation is able to be processed, all monies paid by the purchaser will be refunded in full.
DELIVERY: Ivy Impressions is committed to delivering your order within a reasonable time period. In case of delays in delivery due to unforeseeable reasons, Ivy Impressions shall not be held responsible. Ivy Impressions is not responsible for delivery to wrong address(es) if the address specified on the order is incorrect. Prints & custom orders are either delivered or shipped straight to you. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery after your order has been placed.
PAYMENT:
Payment is due at time order is placed. Payment may be made via Cash, Check , Paypal (https://www.paypal.com) or Credit Card. Orders will not begin fulfillment process until order is paid in full.
Ivy Impressions uses Square Up for credit card processing. Please see Square Up website (https://squareup.com/) for additional information about payments made using Square Up.
PORTRAIT SESSION TERMS:
Session fee is due by/on the day of your session. Session fees are non-refundable.
A deposit may be required to hold your appointment date. Deposit will be applied to your session fee, of which the balance is due the day of your session. In case of inclement weather, your session location can be changed or date rescheduled. If you are unable to keep your session appointment due to illness or other unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible to determine a reschedule date.

Ivy Impressions reserves the right to use any image in any form, including but not limited to use in print, advertising, social networking, online media, and copyright.
Ivy Impressions may provide links to other websites that are maintained by third parties. Ivy Impressions is not responsible and/or liable for any information provided on these third party websites.
Ivy Impressions reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions of service for any reason. Changes to these terms will appear on the website, and users affected will be notified of the changes by email.
